The Habib University admission schedule, in one place

Round 1 is Habib's main admissions window and where the majority of offers are made. It's split into six test-taker series aligned to the month you sit the entrance test: October, November, December, January, February, and March. Each series has its own submission deadline, test date, and interview window.

Applying in an earlier series has real upside, larger scholarship pool, more priority housing, more time to weigh competing offers. Later series are still competitive but with a tighter aid budget.

Round 2 covers May, June, and July for applicants who missed Round 1 or applied and want to retry. All Round 2 entrance exams are typically held on the Habib University campus in Karachi, which is worth planning for if you're travelling in.

• Submission of application and supporting documents.
• SAT score submission window (for waiver applicants).
• Scholarship and financial-aid documentation deadline.
• Entrance test date (or dates, for larger series).
• Interview window, usually starting a week after the test.
• Admissions decisions on a rolling basis.

Pick the series you'll target, then count backwards. Give yourself at least four weeks between the application deadline and the entrance test for real preparation, more if you're rusty on the material. Don't compress the interview prep, book a mock interview the moment your test date is confirmed.

Habib publishes the official schedule for each cycle a few weeks before Round 1 opens, and dates shift by a week or two most years. Always cross-check the current cycle at habib.edu.pk before you register or book anything time-sensitive.
